My stay in the Deluxe Double Room was marked by exceptional service from the concierge, who was attentive and knowledgeable. The hammam experience offered a deeply relaxing atmosphere that I truly appreciated.

The only downside was the somewhat narrow pathways leading to the hotel, making it challenging to navigate with luggage.

Finding the hotel was a real challenge. The directions provided weren't clear, and we ended up walking for a long time through confusing back streets. It was frustrating to realize that we needed a local guide, which we hadn't expected given our previous experience in Marrakech.

Our 4-night getaway was nothing short of amazing! The breathtaking views from the rooftop while enjoying breakfast made each morning memorable. The staff, especially Komal, made us feel right at home with their warm hospitality and local insights. Plus, the cooking lesson we participated in was a highlight of our stay, allowing us to experience Moroccan cuisine firsthand. Overall, a fantastic stay without any complaints.
